SEO so that people find you

A website nobody finds is not much use. I have spent years ranking my own websites, some with thousands of indexed pages, and I apply the same to my clients': a solid technical foundation, useful content and constant measurement.

I work on local SEO for businesses in Lanzarote and the Canary Islands, and national SEO for websites competing across Spain, on Google, Bing and AI-powered search.

What I work on

  • 01

    Technical SEO

Speed, Core Web Vitals, crawling, sitemaps, canonicals, redirects and schema.org structured data.

  • 02

    Local SEO

Google Business Profile, consistent contact details, reviews and pages made for people searching on the island.

  • 03

    Content

Pages that answer what people actually search for, written for humans rather than the algorithm.

  • 04

    Search Console and Bing

Setup, sitemaps, IndexNow so Bing hears about changes instantly, and review of errors and indexing.

  • 05

    AI search

Clear, well-structured websites so ChatGPT, Copilot and Google's AI answers understand and cite them.

  • 06

    Migrations without losses

Changing website or domain while keeping your rankings, with every old address redirected to its new place.

Local SEO in Lanzarote

For an island business, what usually matters most is appearing on the map when someone searches “near me”. That comes from a complete Google Business Profile, reviews, the same contact details everywhere and a website that backs it all up.

And in Lanzarote you have to think in several languages: people looking for a restaurant in Playa Blanca or a trip in Costa Teguise often search in English or German.

No impossible promises

Nobody can guarantee first place on Google, and anyone who promises it is lying. What I can guarantee is a technically spotless website, content that answers what your customers search for and follow-up with real data from Search Console.

How we work

First we talk: what you need, who it is for and what it has to achieve. In Lanzarote we can meet in person; if you are elsewhere, by video call or email.

Then I send you a proposal with the scope and a fixed quote. While I work you see real progress on a test address, not just mock-ups.

When it goes live, the website is measured (cookie-free analytics), registered with Google Search Console and Bing, and its maintenance is agreed from day one.

Frequently asked questions

How long does SEO take to show results?

Technical changes show within weeks; content and authority take months. A local search with little competition can move quickly; a hotly contested national one, much longer.

Can you do SEO for a website you didn't build?

Yes. I start with an audit: what's broken, what's fine and what I'd change first. From there I fix it myself or hand it to whoever runs the website.

Do you guarantee first place on Google?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Google decides. What I do is put everything on your side and measure it with real data to see what works.

What is AI search and why does it matter?

More and more people ask ChatGPT, Copilot or Google's AI answers instead of scanning a list of links. To show up there, a website has to be clear, trustworthy and well structured, which is exactly what good SEO asks for.

Do I need to pay for Google Ads?

Not for organic rankings, which is what I work on. Ads can help in the meantime, but they stop bringing visitors the day you stop paying.

Can people find you on Google?

Tell me your website and I'll tell you what I'd improve first.
